Knowing Your Pay and Benefits Package

We take pride in being able to provide top pay packages in the industry. There are many different aspects to consider when deciding which positions will provide you with the best package to meet your needs. These aspects are based on position specialty, location, and benefit selections. At RS Healthcare we allow our clinicians the ability to structure their pay package so that all expectations can be met. It is our belief that our clinicians should be highly rewarded for the incredible work done in healthcare facilities across the nation.

Weekly Pay 

Our travelers are paid weekly and can access payroll information via an online portal, or via the phone app.  We ensure that your pay is correct, every Friday, every week.

From day one on assignment, we provide medical, dental, and vision plans. You have the ability to choose which plans fit you and your family.

Flex Spending Account (FSA) & Dependent CASE fsa - voluntary pre-tax accountS you can use for out of pocket MEDICAL OR CUSTODIAexpenses.

Ancillary Benefits

Retirement / 401K Plan

Upon Hire, full time RS Healthcare employees can enroll in a 401k program, and make contributions with every paycheck. Choose from pre-selected investments, or build your own. Our 401k Benefits team is available to assist during onboarding.

Paid Sick Time Off

RS Healthcare provides Sick Paid Time Off in accordance with state and city statutory mandates. This varies based on your assignment location and you will receive accrual rates, caps and policy information upon hire. 

Environmental Monitoring

Travel Reimbursement

All of of our packages are catered so that our travelers receive a travel reimbursement according to the assignment location. These numbers are based on current GSA rates.

Additional No Cost Benefits for Employees

To ensure our employees have access to everything they need while on assignment, we partner with BalanceCare, a health advocacy service to assist with navigating benefits, coverage and claims questions. Additionally, we provide an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for work and personal life matters. This service is available 24/7 for you and your family.
