The length of orientation varies from faciltity to facility. Orientations can be from a few days to 2 weeks long. We ensure that we communicate orientation details with our travelers so that they are fully prepared. Our clinical support staff is on hand to help assist with the facility if you may need additional orientation.

Proactive is the name of the game. Your recruiter will be in consistent communication every week. We prefer to begin looking for your next assignment on your 6th week of work on your current assignment so that there is a smooth transition. If you are looking to extend your current assignment, the same timeline will be utilized to secure your extension assignment.
