The length of orientation varies from faciltity to facility. Orientations can be from a few days to 2 weeks long. Every week, every Friday, you will be receiving your direct deposit which entails your hourly wage plus your housing subsidy. With our online employee portal, you can track your weekly paystubs along with your W-2.
