These Terms govern your participation in the SMS messaging program offered by RMS Recruitment Consultants Inc. dba RS Healthcare (“RS Healthcare,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Program Description

By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from RS Healthcare related to:

  • Recruiting and job opportunities

  • Assignment management and scheduling

  • Credentialing and compliance tasks

  • Onboarding and timecard reminders

  • Two-way support with recruiters

  • One-time passcodes for secure portal login

Consent & Enrollment

Enrollment requires your affirmative consent (for example, checking a box on a web form or consenting during onboarding). Your consent is not a condition of employment or service.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your assignment status, credentialing updates, and interactions with RS Healthcare.

  • To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message.

  • To re-subscribe, reply UNSTOP.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. Check with your carrier for details.

Eligibility & Your Responsibilities
  • You must be 18 years of age or older.

  • You represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number provided.

  • You agree to notify us if you change or deactivate your number.

  • Do not submit protected health information (PHI) or other sensitive personal data via SMS.

Delivery & Service Availability

Delivery of SMS messages may be affected by your carrier coverage and device status. RS Healthcare is not responsible for delays or failures in message delivery.

Links & MMS

When links are included, they will direct to RS Healthcare domains (e.g., www.rshealthcare.com). Avoid forwarding messages that contain private links. MMS may include images or attachments relevant to your assignment.

Recruiter Support Hours

RS Healthcare recruiter support is available during the following hours:

  • Monday–Sunday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST

Outside of these hours, reply HELP and our team will follow up the next business day.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
